When we started planning our wedding, there was one thing we knew for sure: We do not want a typical wedding DJ. We wanted someone who had dance club experience with mixing, scratching and knowledge of the latest hot tracks. From the moment we met with Carl we knew he was what we were looking for. His extensive music library allowed us to play soothing jazz over dinner, warm up the dance floor with 90’s pop then break out into an all out dance party with the latest club hits.

Carl was extremely easy to work with. He was available to answer any questions I had. If there were any songs  we wanted to hear, and he didn’t have, he said he would make sure he had it for the wedding. We cannot say anything negative about Carl. All we’ve been hearing is ” your DJ was the best I’ve ever seen at a wedding” My only suggestion is to ask Carl to play a few crappy tracks, or you’ll be stuck on the dance floor all night!

Carl was such a huge part in making our wedding reception everything we could have dreamed! He set the atmosphere to a great party-mode and kept the dance floor packed all night! We have received such great feedback about our DJ and how he was really able to read the crowd. Carl’s laid back, go-with-the-flow personality made him so easy to work with. He catered to our personal style enough, yet was still able to please the entire crowd. I would highly recommend Carl and his services to anyone looking for an awesome party!

Carl Emery from Fluid Music did an awesome job on our wedding day. He played a great mix of songs we like and asked for, and also added much of his  own touch which kept everyone up and moving all night.

He also went out of his way and did us an extra favour by coming early and  setting up an outdoor mic for us.

All in all, great time had and Carl had a big part to do with it. Would recommend to anyone!  Thanks for making our night amazing.

Carl Emery of Fluid Music is someone that I would recommend to anyone looking to book a dj for any type of event.  Carl has generously donated his time to various events for the Sarnia & District Humane Society and played incredibly at each one.  He dj’d the after party for Unleashed 2009 and 2010.  As well, he donated his services to the upscale black tie Humane Society Gala in 2009.

After watching him show off his outstanding talent spinning records at local clubs, my husband and I hired him to dj our stag and doe as well as our wedding.  He knows exactly how to cater to the crowd and gets everyone dancing from the youngest girl in the hall to the very oldest.  Carl met with us on several occasions to ensure he knew exactly what we were looking for at each event.  He clarified all expectations.

Being easy to contact, Carl shows his professionalism with organization and charm.  I didn’t have to worry about Carl.  Once we booked him, we knew that he would take care of anything we needed.

Carl not only made our wedding day very special, but over the last 2 years he has shown his kind heart in his donation of services to our charity of choice – the Sarnia & District Humane Society.

Carl is not your typical wedding disc jockey.  He made our stag n doe and our wedding to be a blast with music that you don’t always hear at those functions.  He was sure to ask what we liked, what we didn’t like, and completely matched the music to our taste.

The dance floor was packed all night long, and we were constantly being asked who our amazing DJ was.

We absolutely loved his smooth, fun, and creative djing, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a party of their lives!
